Brief Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations specialist to join our team in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. The Sales Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of our sales team to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and objectives. This includes coordinating sales meetings, tracking sales performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and attention to detail skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that sales targets are met

Managing CRM systems and other sales tools to track sales activity and performance

Developing sales forecasts to help guide sales efforts

Overall, this role is focused on optimizing the sales process and ensuring that the sales team is working efficiently and effectively to drive revenue growth. It requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organization abilities.

Who are we looking for?

You are an energetic, self-motivated individual who can work independently and think outside of the box. In addition:

Mininmum 2 years experience in a sales/sales operations role

You know how to stay organised and can pay careful attention to detail

You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You are pro-active and problem-solving oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with outstanding Excel skills

Experience with CRM (sales force) and/or ERP system

You speak fluent English AND Chinese; Chinese is a must
