• Significantly improve the reliability of the supply chain by Retail ARS OTIF
• Ecom Orders Serviceability- Within 24 Hrs
• Improve OTIF of Dispatches-Overall- within 24 Hrs
• To Ensure timely GRN of the goods
• Process & Productivity Benchmarking of WH Operations - Monitoring & effective utilization of productivity
• Allocation of manpower in line with Productivity dashboard & effective monitoring to have 100%+ utilization-focus on dynamic manpower allocation
• To ensure no mismatch in Bin (Physical Inv vs system Inv)
• Overall inventory accuracy
• To Ensure right way of cartons/trims utilization- Coordinate on order mgmt.
• To ensure all the compliances are tracked & are in control
• Tag printing at WH
• Packing material management & utilization, poly cover ordering and management
