Role and Responsibilities
1.Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound process, outbound process, inventory management, last mile operations and overall warehouse efficiency
2. Manage and lead ground teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of operations
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the warehouse to ensure seamless and smooth operations
Requirements
1. Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse operations and workforce management
2. Proficiency in basic Excel
3. Willingness to work rotating shifts (early morning, day, night) and a six-day work schedule
4. Availability to work on holidays and festivals as needed
