In this role, you'll manage payroll for third-party employees, ensuring accurate salary processing and compliance. You'll handle invoicing, vendor payments, and maintain precise wagesheets, while also seeking ways to enhance payroll efficiency and automation

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for third-party employees, including data entry, calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits
• Maintain and update wagesheets for third-party employees, ensuring accuracy and compliances
• Validate and process invoices as per the contract cost
• Reconcile wagesheets with payroll records and resolve any discrepancies
• Mantain track of all the vendor payments and invoices
• Implement best practices for payroll management and automation where possible

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and wagesheet management
• Experience with third-party payroll providers in India is preferred
• Proficient in Excel, with advanced skills in data management and analysis
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliance requirements
